We strive to get your pet's treats to you as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Buddy & Me, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 or 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
